Bookings are subject to content approval, schedule availability and full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Published tariffs exclude applicable taxes. A cancellation received at least one full day before the scheduled start may qualify for a 75% refund. No refund is due after a campaign begins, except where required by law or agreed because of verified service failure. Trans Nzoia Digital may pause or reject content that is unlawful, misleading, unsafe, technically unsuitable or contrary to policy.

Misinformation and corrections

Claims may be checked against reliable sources. Content that cannot be reasonably verified may be withheld. Material corrections will be made promptly, and clearly inaccurate content may be removed from outdoor and online channels.
